This comfortable two‑storey apartment, set within a traditional Ikarian stone house built into the natural rocks of the valley of Fytema, offers a warm and authentic atmosphere throughout your stay.
Whether from the living room or directly from your bed in the bedroom, enjoy beautiful views of the sea and Fytema Beach, just 200 metres away.
Two lovely terraces in front of and beside the apartment offer both sun and shade, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating so you can relax while taking in the sea views. The terrace beside the house is for your exclusive use, while you are also welcome to share the spacious 120 m² terrace in front of the house with the other two apartments.
The modern, tastefully designed kitchen is fully equipped for your needs. The traditional‑style furnishings reflect the character of the house, which was built about 100 years ago. The bathroom is fitted with high‑quality fixtures and sanitary ware.

The property
Around the house, there is a spacious private outdoor area available to guests, as well as an additional outdoor shower next to the building. Fytema Beach is just a two‑minute walk away via our private access.
Guest access
Parking is available on our private land behind the gate, as well as directly behind the house.
Other important information
The pergola in front of the house creates a lovely shaded area. The thick stone walls of up to one metre wide, together with the natural rock at the back of the house, provide natural cooling, maintaining a pleasant indoor atmosphere even on the hottest August days. A quiet fan is available on request, offering refreshment without the need for artificial air conditioning.
As we live on the property, we are always available to help with information about hiking routes, getting around the island and travel options. We are happy to recommend the island’s main sights, beaches, cultural events, restaurants and nightlife. If you wish, we can also help organise transfers to and from the port or airport.
We speak Greek, English, German, French, Italian and Polish.
Check‑in is from 15:00, and check‑out by 10:00.
We also offer dance workshops, giving you the opportunity to take part in Ikaria’s famous traditional festivals and to discover their history and deeper meaning.
